Sick Pet Visit
Service Description
This is a 45-minute visit. This visit includes a complete physical exam. Please have any medical history available, including current medications. Certain diagnostic tests can be done at home. If immediate diagnostics are necessary, we can direct you to the appropriate clinic, whether it be your regular veterinarian, emergency clinic, or specialist. Common conditions we treat: - Eyes: excessive tearing/discharge, squinting - Inappropriate urination - Minor injuries or pain - Minor diarrhea/constipation & vomiting We will confirm your appointment once we have all necessary information and travel time is allocated. Please note: I do not provide emergency services. If vomiting multiple times or the illness/problem has been going on several days, please go to a full-service veterinarian. If I arrive and recommend going to a full service vet, you are still responsible for the travel and exam fee.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so the appointment time may be used for another patient. Cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full and prompt refund. Cancellations that occur within the 24 hour window of Dr. Magnotta's scheduled appointment are subject to a non-refundable $75 travel and inconvenience fee.
