This is a 30-minute phone call to discuss with the doctor your pet's condition and your concerns for their final days. We will review quality-of-life scales and pain scales. Please note: Dr. Magnotta is unable to prescribe or offer specific treatments without an exam.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so the appointment time may be used for another patient. Cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full and prompt refund. Cancellations that occur within the 24 hour window of Dr. Magnotta's scheduled appointment are subject to a non-refundable $40 inconvenience fee.
