Visit Guidelines
Preparation

Please ensure that you have a well-lit, quiet, and clean space ready to help reduce any anxiety your pet may feel.

If your pet tends to run away when new people arrive kindly place them in the bathroom & close all bedroom doors five minutes before Dr. Magnotta's arrival to help them stay calm.

For dogs that jump or have a history of being                                            protective or showing aggression, please keep                                         them on a leash.

Smoking is not permitted during visit.

An adult over 18 years old must be present.

If you are experiencing a contagious illness, please                                wear a mask.

At times, the doctor may ask to hold the visit outside based on the situation.

If anyone in your home is intoxicated, under the influence, verbally abusive, or threatening, we will not continue with the appointment, and the visit will not be refunded.

The vet team will inform you when they are on their way. Please be aware that the vet team may occasionally arrive a bit early or late due to traffic and the emotional nature of this work
